ELECTROTECHNICAL CERTIFICATION SCHEME IN SCOTLAND

ECS cards in Scotland are only issued by the SJIB but before a card can be obtained applicants must demonstrate they have the required level of health & safety awareness. This can be done either by providing evidence of a valid exemption or by passing the ECS health & safety assessment.
