Welcome to Facts & Figures, the monthly Work, Voice, Pay update aimed at Senior Shop Stewards and Unite officials.
It is clear that there is demand for more regular well-informed analysis aimed squarely at negotiators. The content of this new product moves beyond that which is currently available and it will be accessible shortly after the monthly inflation data is announced, both digitally and in hard copy.
Collective bargaining is the primary responsibility of any trade union and I will continue to make it clear that the Jobs, Pay and Conditions of our members remain top priority. I hope that by improving the practical support available to both Officials and Reps, we will continue to deliver on that commitment.
